Sorry, all, for not replying sooner. I had anticipated getting orders out sooner, but an unexpected death in the family has disrupted life here for a couple of weeks.
All the book orders have now been placed and will ship as soon as they are printed. Hardcopies take longer, but I expect that people should start receiving books by the end of the month.
We had a problem with the cards. They were supposed to have arrived at my home on the 13th, but the PO returned them... The printing company expedited a new shipment and sent UPS. I received those (yay) and now have all the cards and other physical goods ready to bring to the post office on Monday.
We're still waiting for a few people to fill out their surveys. Fortunately, these people backed at digital-only tiers, so they will receive their rewards through Backerkit as soon as they complete the survey.
I'll post another update when I've received confirmation that all the books have shipped.

Good news! Kickstarter has now sent us the funds, so we can place order for the books.
What's even better is that everyone who backed at a physical book level has completed their survey! Yay! We're still waiting on on person who pledged to get the WISDOM card, but we haven't received those yet.
You will receive a message that your order will be locked, so please make sure everything is correct. I think you have a couple of days to make changes. After that, I will start placing the orders for the books.
I can't wait! I hope you are excited too.

Rest of Surveys Sent

The smoke test is mostly complete, and we've received no reports of problems, so we'll be sending out the rest of the surveys today.
Make sure to look for an email from BACKERKIT. This is where you will fill out your address (if you've ordered physical goods). Digitial items will be available once you complete the survey.
Our WISDOM oracle card has been ordered and is expected to arrive on June 14. We'll start sending those out as soon as we can. We're hoping we can make one trip to the PO to send them all on their merry way, so please try to get your surveys in quickly.

Be on the lookout for an email from Backerkit. We will be sending out our surveys through them momentarily. The first set will be a smoke test of each of the tier levels to make sure everything is set up correctly. Once we receive most (hopefully all) of them back with no issues, we'll send out the remaining surveys.
If you are part of the smoke test, please let us or Backerkit know if you run into any problems. We've reviewed the files several times, but mistakes can happen. We'll do our best to fix anything that goes wrong as quickly as possible.
Here's to hoping it all goes smoothly, so we can get your rewards sent out soon. Digital rewards will be available through your survey once you complete the questions (only a few, we promise).

Thank you, everyone! The campaign has successfully funded. What a crazy campaign this one was. We know times are hard, so we greatly appreciate you sticking with it until the end.
What's next?
Kickstarter will attempt to process your cards for the next seven days. You'll want to check you emails they sent last night. They'll either tell you everything is all set or that you need to fix your card information. After seven days, if there are still problems, they will drop your pledge. However, you'll have a second change to fix things through Backerkit, which is where we'll be fulfilling orders.
Once we get the go-ahead from Kickstarter, we'll send our Backerkit surveys. They go out to a small percentage of backers first, to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If they look good, then the rest of the surveys will go out, so make sure to look for an email from Backerkit.
If you're unfamiliar with this, the survey is the way to get your email and/or mailing address to send your rewards to.
